Senior Level Awards (Grades 9-12)

Gold Star

The Gold Star Award is the highest county achievement award and will be awarded only once in a member's 4-H career.   The 4-H member must be in 9th grade as of August 31 of the current 4-H year of the award and must have completed at least 3 years in 4-H, including the current year.
The 4-H member must submit an awards program recordbook in the year he or she is to be considered for the award.  For more requirement information contact the Extension Office.
Candidates are selected based on their application and an interview. 


"I DARE YOU"


The "I Dare You" Award is offered as recognition of excellence in character, well-balanced personal development as well as demonstrated qualities of constructive leadership. To be eligible, the member must be in 9th grade as of August 31, complete three years in 4-H, and submit a completed 4-H record book on the due date.  Candidates will be interviewed. 

4-H Letterman Award

Available to Senior level members grades 9-12.  For requirements contact the Extension office.
