Mandatory 4-H Roundup thank you's

Julie will write one letter on behalf of the county to the "front page" sponsors and have it for all of you to sign when you come in to drop off your individual thank you's.
YOUTH MUST WRITE INDIVIDUAL HANDWRITTEN NOTES FOR EACH OF THEIR CONTESTS SPONSORS.  No team letters may be written.   Thank you's will need to be in our office stamped, addressed, and open for Julie to view by 5 PM May 31st.
