Texas Round-up participants meeting

Parents of Round-up participants,

 First, Congratulations on your child qualifying to attend Texas 4-H Round-up through their hard work and determination to be the best!  We must come together for a meeting before we head out to Round-up to select chaperones, deal with hotel reservations, and  take care of a few housekeeping items.  Since this will be a tough round-up, due to only having one agent and so many fabulous competitors, we will need some extra help.  Please come with your calendars.  Only one adult representative must be present from each family, 4-H youth are not required to attend, but they are certainly welcome. 

 We will be meeting at Lockhart Auction Inc. at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, May 18^th.  We know this is last minute, but we MUST meet to get the Caldwell County game plan together.
