Beef, Horse or Nutrition Quiz Bowl Contest

For those interested in the Beef, Horse or Nutrition Quiz bowl contest, we will be having a meeting at the extension office on October 27^th at 6:30 PM.  You must have a minimum of 3 members, maximum of 4 to make up a team.  We know there is a large interest in Beef, but if you are interested in horse or nutrition, you may need to recruit other individuals to be on a team with you.

If youth plan to participate, they need to make sure and have a way to attend district roundup, which will be held in Kerrville on Friday, December 2^nd.  Beef and Horse will be at 1 PM and Nutrition will be at 3 PM.  Only senior teams qualify for state 4-H Round-up in June held at Texas A&M University.  This event will be an excused absence.

 

Come to the meeting for more information!  If you plan to be a part of the teams, but cannot make the meeting, please let us know.
