CCJLS Buyer Picture

CCJLS will be handing out Buyer pictures to the exhibitors on Tuesday, April 4th from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the stock show barn. Exhibitors are required to take pics to buyers, have them sign the “release form” and then keep that form until the Fair is ready to pay exhibitors. At that time the exhibitor will come to pick up their check but will have to present the “release form “ before receiving the check.

If your family ordered “personal pictures”, CCJLS will have them on Tuesday for pick up. I am hoping the “Showmanship” jackets will be ready by Tuesday.

Also, this Friday, March 31, 2017, THANK YOUS are due by 5:00 pm at the Extension office Lobby. There is a box with zip lock bags for exhibitors to put their “thank you’s” in. Remember don’t seal your Thank You … have it addressed, with postage and your return address.

If the exhibitor is not able to come on  Tuesday, please have them make arrangements to have someone pick up your pictures for them.
