Caldwell County Junior Livestock Show Thank You Notes

Unsealed, Handwritten, return address and stamped Thank You notes can be turned in at the Lobby of the Scott Annex Building.  A box will be sitting out in the Lobby for CCJLS thank you notes from now until March 29th.  Caldwell County Fair Association will be picking up thank you notes and checking to make sure exhibitors write their thank you notes.   Thank you's need to be in the box in the Lobby of the Scott Annex March 29 before  4:25 p.m.  The Caldwell County Fair Association will deduct a $100.00 from the checks for Thank you notes not received.
A time and date to pickup buyers list form Caldwell County Fair Association at  the barn has not been setup yet.
