and July 16th. Please call the office to reserve your interview
time.

Award Form-For youth who didn’t do a Recordbook
You will receive award pins for your
projects at awards banquet, maximum of 2 pins
List of Projects completed in 4-H during the last year. This
is the “Award Pins” you may receive. Please only list projects completed.
